According to Article 131 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, the driver is deprived of his right for three years and pays a fine of forty times the base amount. If the crime is repeated within one year, Article 261¹ of the Criminal Code comes into play.

While inspecting work underway in the Daryobo‘yi mahalla of Tashkent’s Sergeli district, the district governor and other officials noticed a little girl crying for help from the balcony of an apartment building.
