U.T., who lives in "Dehkhanabad" neighborhood of Chust district. A person named T.F., a resident of Norin district. offered to sell 1 hectare of land and asked for 8500 US dollars. T.F. and accepting this offer, U.T. to pay 5,000 US dollars first and the rest later. However, this fraud plan failed. During the operational activities conducted by the IIB officers of Namangan region and other law enforcement agencies, in the process of receiving the money from T.F., U.T. was captured.
