As the head of our state noted, the main driving force in the establishment of New Uzbekistan and the foundation of the Third Renaissance is the youth. Today, the new generation, which makes up more than half of the population of our country, is seen as a force capable of advancing world science and technology, like our ancestors in the past. However, this goal cannot be achieved by mere rhetoric. After all, any renaissance occurs only when a radical change occurs in the intellectual layer of society.

Our country has been a center of knowledge and a crossroads of civilizations since ancient times. Great scholars, scientists and thinkers who spread the knowledge of science and tradition to the world grew up from this blessed land. They founded many aspects of science and became a glorious beacon of world civilization.

In particular, the First Renaissance took place in the IX-XII centuries, and famous scholars recognized by the whole world grew up in our country. In particular, the global scientific discoveries of dozens of our great scholars, such as Muhammad Khorezmi, Abu Rayhan Beruni, Abu Ali ibn Sina, Ahmad Farghani, Mahmud Zamakhshari, had an incomparable impact on the development of the world. Great scholars such as Imam Bukhari, Imam Termizi, Imam Moturudi, Burhoniddin Marginani, Abul Moyi Nasafi, who grew up in our motherland during this period, recognized as the golden age of Islamic culture, are the pride and honor of the entire Muslim world.

The kingdom founded by our grandfather Amir Temur started the Second Renaissance in our country. During this period, outstanding scholars such as Rumi, Mirzo Ulugbek, Ghiyosiddin Koshi, Ali Kushchi, Abdurahman Jami, Lutfi, Sakkoki, Hafiz Khorazmi, Alisher Navoi, Babur Mirzo appeared on the field. Historians such as Sharafuddin Ali Yazdi, Mirkhond, Khondamir, painters such as Mahmud Muzahhib, Kamoliddin Behzod, many poets and musicians, musicologists and architects spread to the world. The fact that our wise nation was among the most advanced nations of the world during both Renaissance periods gives us great pride and honor.

The Third Renaissance is not just about economic growth or the construction of new buildings. This is the rise of human capital to a completely new level of quality. Today, as the main pillars of the new renaissance in Uzbekistan, great attention is paid to the fundamental reform of kindergarten and school education, adaptation of the higher education system to international standards, integration of science and innovation into production, and the development of culture, art and literature.

In the modern world, economies based on raw materials are giving way to economies based on knowledge. Natural resources may be finite, but human intellectual potential and creative thinking are infinite.

The foundation of the Third Renaissance is being laid through the system of Presidential schools, creative schools and specialized schools. But this process is not limited to a certain group of young people, but to everyone in remote villages

it must reach the hearts and minds of boys and girls. The fact that the state is increasing the prestige of higher education institutions and increasing the number of private and foreign universities opens wide opportunities for young people. Now it's time to make maximum use of these opportunities.

The new era and the processes of globalization present very serious and strict tasks to young people. In order to be an active creator of the Third Renaissance, today's young generation needs to feel that the era of superficial education is over. The current labor market requires only personnel who are excellent masters of their field, think deeply analytically and find non-standard solutions to problems. Young people should study to acquire real skills, not to get a diploma.

In the age of modern development, it is impossible to talk about a new era of growth without a thorough knowledge of digital technologies and IT. Today's modern generation should deeply master modern trends such as programming, artificial intelligence, data analysis and cyber security, and become creators of new digital products rather than simple consumers of technologies. At the same time, taking into account that more than 80 percent of world science manuals are published in English, knowing at least two foreign languages is the only way to learn international experience and compete in the global arena.

Also, young people are required to become the driving force of the economy through their innovative start-up projects and entrepreneurial initiatives. However, the spiritual foundation is equally important in this global integration process. In our age, when various ideological threats and the danger of "mass culture" have increased, the national idea, patriotism and not breaking away from history are the spiritual shield of young people. Because, in addition to being open to the world, sacred knowledge of the national identity, mother tongue, and ancestral heritage is the highest virtue of the creators of the Third Renaissance.

In Uzbekistan, youth support has risen to the highest level of state policy. The establishment of the Youth Affairs Agency, the fact that youth leaders are active in every neighborhood, and the fact that thousands of young people are given material and moral support through the "Youth Registry" system is proof of our opinion. Also, "El-yurt umidi" funds are allocated for studying in prestigious universities abroad. However, all conditions created by the state are only an external factor. The internal factor is the desire, enthusiasm and will of the youth themselves.

In short, the Third Renaissance is not just a dream or an abstract plan for the future. This is a real process that is being created today in every classroom, every laboratory, in front of every computer and every book reading.

We are the heirs of our great ancestors, and this position gives us a great responsibility. If our young people embody deep knowledge, high spirituality, modern technology and a sense of patriotism, the foundations of the Third Renaissance will not only be laid, but our country will take a strong place among the most developed and powerful countries in the world. After all, the future is determined by the decisions made today and the tireless work of young people.
