At the moment, he is the leading officer of the 1st detachment of the special battalion of the Guard Service under the IIB of Navoi region. He conducts the service at the control post of the joint-stock company "Navoiyazot".
- There are not many women in our team, but their place is especially noticeable. Navbahor approaches his duties very responsibly, strictly observes discipline. Serving at a control post requires an employee to be always attentive and alert. Navbahor behaves seriously even in difficult situations. The main task of the hero of our film is to check employees and vehicles entering and leaving the territory of the enterprise based on the established procedure, to identify devices and items prohibited for import or export, and to ensure compliance with safety requirements. Until now, he has detected many attempts to remove spare parts from the territory of the enterprise without permission and formalized them in the appropriate manner. During his service, due to his vigilance, he never once allowed the illegal removal of the company's property.
Junior Sergeant Navbahor Fayziyeva pays special attention to strengthening her knowledge. Currently, he is studying by correspondence at the Navoi Innovation University. His teammates respect him for his diligence, discipline and cheerfulness.
