At the Lyceum, special attention is paid to the psychological condition of young students and pedagogues, and to the healthy and stable learning environment. Halima Bekmurodova conducts individual interviews with each student and forms their personal psychological portrait. In this process, tests are conducted to determine the level of temperament, concentration, memory, and stress. Weekly group trainings are organized based on the students' specific needs and test results. The trainings are not limited to practical training, but also provide theoretical information on topics such as consciousness and unconsciousness, will, speech culture, motivation, stress concept. This is important in the formation of personal and future professional motivation of young people.

- During the observations, I encountered low self-confidence in many students, - says the hero of our film. - In particular, there have been many cases of high mental pressure among children whose parents made the decision when choosing a profession, and the anxiety of not being able to pass the tests during the admission process disturbed them. After the conversation and psychological support, it was observed that many students' self-confidence increased and they successfully passed all exams and tests.

It's no secret that the Internet and telephones, which have deeply penetrated the lives of young people, break their attention and have a negative effect on the educational process. Therefore, according to the psychologist's recommendation, students were restricted from bringing phones to the lyceum. As a result, it was noted that the students' memory, knowledge acquisition, concentration indicators improved significantly.

In the educational institution, special work is carried out with children who have been cut off from their friends and who have not found a friendly environment. Positive changes are achieved by making them reflect on their positive and negative aspects, giving recommendations on replacing their bad habits with good ones, and doing this in an interactive way.

- First of all, a psychologist should be able to listen and understand, - says Halima Bekmurodova. - During conversations with students, I often try to convey to them the idea that there are not bad people in this world, but only those who live with wrong concepts, that this can be changed.

The hero of our film intends to further develop the psychological service at the academic lyceum. In particular, he is eager to implement plans such as the creation of a special room for psychological training, making a proposal to the ministry to include psychology as a textbook. At the moment, he is conducting scientific work on the topic "Social-psychological factors of formation of professional motivation among students of the Academic Lyceum of the Ministry of Interior". The recent publication of the book "Professional motivation - service weapon" intended for employees of internal affairs bodies was one of the important results of his professional research.
