When Bahadir watched detective movies in his youth, he wanted to be like operatives who chased down criminals and caught them skillfully. In 2005-2009, while studying at Fergana State University, he focused on acquiring legal knowledge and set a firm goal: "After graduation, I will definitely work in the internal affairs bodies."

But it was not easy for him to achieve his dreams. After graduating from the university, he worked as a teacher at the Fergana Industrial and Service College for a while. Along with his work, he prepared for the competitions held among the candidates for the internal affairs bodies, took part in the tests. As a result, in 2014, his dreams came true and he started working in the security service. 

The love of adventure in his heart still prevailed. Finally, he told the management that he wanted to work in this direction and try himself. Taking into account Bahadur's enthusiasm, in 2017 he was appointed to the position of operative representative of the criminal investigation department of the Kokand city IIB.

Here, Bahadir Kholmatov learned from experienced teachers such as lieutenant colonels Muzaffar Kholdorov, Akramjon Tajiyev, Shavkatjon Mavlonov, Maqsadbek Egamberdiyev, the qualities of an operative, and the subtle secrets of the field. In 2020, when Margilon was appointed as the operative representative of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Criminal Investigation Department of the city of Margilon, he followed the mentors of lieutenant colonels Farrukh Koshmatov, Qudrat Mamajonov, Alisher Ashurov, Farhod Bektoshev. As a result, over the years he has become a skilled explorer.

In the past period of this year, he took part in uncovering 20 previously committed crimes, personally exposed 11 crimes, detected more than 10 crimes in time, and caught 6 wanted persons.

- When one of my colleagues called and told me the good news that I was awarded a state award, I felt in my heart that I was not mistaken in choosing this profession, - says our hero. - When I received the medal from the hand of the Minister of Internal Affairs, my parents immediately appeared in front of me. My father, Foziljon Kholmatov, and my grateful mother, Diloromkhan Zhoraboyeva, dreamed that I would achieve such achievements. Therefore, when I returned to Fergana, I first of all put the award in my father's hands and received his blessing. In the future, I will justify this high award with my honest work and dedication to my profession.
