Retired Lt. Col. Feruza Kayumova is one of the selfless women who earned the respect of her colleagues with her responsibility and devotion to her profession during her 22 years of service. He spent a significant part of his service in prisons. 

Later, she worked as a senior inspector for women's issues in Konimekh district IIB. In this direction, he worked not only with documents, but also with the fate of people. She was able to show kindness, determination and confidence in solving family problems and communicating with women who are under pressure and violence. He found solutions to many appeals and changed many destinies in a positive direction.

By the way, when Feruza Qayumova finished the higher education institution, she was also engaged in pedagogy for a while. It is no exaggeration to say that the experience gained in influencing, explaining and educating with words in the educational system became one of his important advantages during his service in the internal affairs bodies. 

"When I was working in the Konimekh district, I was very worried about the fate of a young family," says the hero of our film. - In fact, young men and women from the same neighborhood fell in love and got married. However, after the birth of her second child, the woman was not satisfied with what her husband had earned, and often quarreled. One day, after quarreling with her husband over a trivial matter, she took her two children and went to her parents' house. After learning about this, we started to reconcile them. Caesar's wife never slept. Then I told what I had seen and experienced during my many years of work, the fate of people one after another. I explained to her that her husband works only for his family and livelihood, and that being patient and content brings happiness. After listening to my words, the woman bowed her head in front of me for a long time and meditated. Later, regretting his actions, he asked for forgiveness and returned to his family. Until now, she and I are dear sisters. I talk over the phone and give advice on legal issues when the time comes.

Today, Feruza Kayumova's honorable path is continued by her son, Lieutenant Aziz Kayumova. The heroine of our film is a passionate mother, and as an honorary employee, she does not spare her child her knowledge of the field. Gives advice and guidance when necessary. 

Although the dedicated employee is currently retired, he has not stopped searching. In her free time, she sews and sews. He adds love to every piece he makes. This activity calms him down, combines patience and sophistication, and encourages him to create anew.
