In the Bukhara region, a meeting with the system staff was held with the participation of the leadership of the Department of Finance and Material-Technical Supply of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the members of the Veterans' Council. During the event, an open and free dialogue was held regarding some negative situations that have recently occurred in the system of internal affairs bodies, effective measures to prevent them, and issues of strengthening service discipline among employees.
Veteran employees made additional suggestions and comments based on their experience during the interview process. It was noted that their practical recommendations serve as an important direction for young employees. At the end of the meeting, the veterans who have selflessly served in the internal affairs bodies for years were awarded with the badge of honor of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
