The senior inspector of the 2nd mobilization group of the Traffic Safety Department of the Navoi region IIB JXX, senior sergeant Golib Zarifov serves in the internationally important road area connecting Bukhara and Samarkand in the Karmana district.
Hundreds of inter-district and inter-provincial vehicles travel through this road every day. Ghalib Zarifov attaches great importance not only to the detection of rule violations, but also to clarifications and warnings. Especially at night, he talks to drivers who are tired from a long journey and tells them that they need to rest a little in order to reach their desired destination safely and safely.
During one of the control events, a truck caught his attention. The driver did not stop where he was supposed to. Seeing this, the hero of the film signaled to stop. But the car stopped much later. The inspector explained to the driver that he had committed a violation. Then the driver said that the car's brakes were not working. Galib immediately called a tow truck and sent the car to the workshop. The driver was fined for violating the rule. In this way, another possible disaster was avoided.
While serving on a big, busy road, you have to interact with drivers of different personalities. Someone is in a hurry, someone is nervous, and someone tries to justify their violation. In such situations, senior sergeant Ghalib Zarifov calmly and patiently explains the requirements of the law in a simple and understandable way. The hero of our film started working in internal affairs bodies in 2013. At the moment, along with his service, he is studying by correspondence at the Bukhara State Technical University. The intention is to become an officer in the future. Traffic safety is ensured on the roads due to such persistent, honest, diligent employees.
