Improving the efficiency of working with appeals is one of the most important factors in ensuring that people's confidence in tomorrow and living with a sense of satisfaction from today. The main goal of face-to-face dialogues is to listen to the problems of the population, to reliably protect their legal rights and interests.
A public reception for the citizens of Chilonzor district hokimath was held by district hokim Saidkakhhor Kholkhojaev. The district prosecutor, the head of the IIOFMB, the head of the Tax Inspection, officials of the administration, officials and managers of departments operating in the district took part in the admission process.
Citizens mainly applied for preferential loans, the need for qualified medical services for their health, housing repair, employment, starting a family business, and making utility payments.
More than 80 citizens participated in the admission process, and a total of 42 applications were received. 18 of these appeals were positively resolved on the spot, and a legal explanation was given regarding the appeal of 1 citizen. Regarding the remaining 23 appeals, specific deadlines were set for those in charge, and appropriate tasks were given to ensure their implementation.
These public receptions are of great importance in solving the problems of the population in time, establishing an open dialogue with the citizens, and finding quick solutions to their appeals.
