In the past period of the current year, a total of 30,014 appeals were received by the regional IIB and city and district IIB, IIOFMB, which is an increase of 1,536 or 5.3% compared to the same period of the previous year. This indicator is 3.3% in Samarkand city IIOFMB, 7.1% in Payariq district IIB, Tayloq
5.6 and increased by 1.9 percent in Ishtikhon. 3.8% of received appeals are repeat appeals.
Behind every appeal is the fate of a person, his interests and rights. Therefore, each appeal is carefully studied, and special attention is paid to the positive solution of the issue raised in it, to the elimination of the problem. Because, in order to win the approval of the people, first of all, justice must be celebrated. Only then will the goal of building a democratic society be achieved.
- Improvement works were carried out in the Imam Vose neighborhood of Samarkand city with the support of the regional IIB, and 27 concrete blocks were installed. We are very grateful for that, - says 71-year-old Malikkhan Ibragimov. - New cables were laid in the slags and transformers were repaired. Power outages have been resolved.
