Shuhrat Nurboyev is Khatirchilik. He worked as an accountant on a farm for many years. He raised and educated his children. Although he did not have the opportunity to enter the university due to various reasons in his youth, he never gave up on his dream, and his passion for science grew and never faded.

Finally, in 2023, he was admitted to the "Chemistry" department at Navoi State University on the basis of an educational grant. Some of those who heard laughed softly, saying, "What's the point of studying and getting a diploma for a retired person?" But many supported him. In addition, it is not wrong to say that it became a "motivation" for some - those who are not disappointed to study.

Brother Shuhrat is currently studying with young people the same age as his grandson and is not ashamed of it. If you are asked why you need to study at this age, you should say, "I educated my children. Now it's my turn. It is not too early or too late to learn. They said, seek knowledge from the cradle to the grave. I am studying so that my grandchildren will not say, ``My grandfather didn't study,'' says Shuhrat Nurboyev jokingly.

The 63-year-old student attends classes every day along with other students and participates in practical exercises with his fellow students. He solves chemical problems in theory and even in practice without mistakes, so that other students learn from him. His hobby is reading - the university library really gives him spiritual pleasure. Even outside the classroom, he gives life lessons, recommendations and training to his fellow students, which has a positive effect on the group's rating.

Have you ever heard of someone who received both a pension and a scholarship? That's me. I will spend my money on buying gifts for my grandchildren - says a 63-year-old student grandfather with high enthusiasm and a bright face.
