A person's life is valuable not by the time that has passed, but by the summary of his good deeds and deeds. A vivid example of this is the life path of retired Major General Tahir Mullajonov, a well-known state and public figure who is celebrating his 75th birthday.

After graduating from the 8th grade of the secondary school in the city, he continued his studies at the Margilon Medical University. Takhirjon was trained by military service. He was born in a peasant family in Margilon, graduated from Tashkent Higher School of Ministry of Internal Affairs, served as inspector, senior inspector, deputy head of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Fergana region. In 1982-1984, after studying at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Academy of the former Union, he held various leadership positions, including the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Uzbekistan district, Kokhan city, the head of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Fergana region, and in 1992 he headed the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Fergana region.

In 1992, Tahir Okhunovich was appointed to the post of deputy head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In cooperation with his mentor, an experienced detective, Colonel Gofur Toshmatov, and the ministry's sectoral services, he regularly conducted preventive measures to strengthen the fight against crime, strengthen public order, prevent the illegal entry of weapons and drugs into the country, as well as to prevent the illegal export of various goods and materials.

During the years when he led the IIB of Jizzakh region, he showed himself to be a selfless leader who made a great contribution to ensuring the rule of law in the region, especially to strengthening the service discipline of employees.

In 2001-2002, while serving as the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bukhara and in 2002-2004, Namangan region, he created a spirit of work among the personnel, to form a feeling among employees to approach their duties honestly, conscientiously, with a sincere sense of their duty to the Motherland and the people, with high responsibility, and to unconditionally follow the norms of etiquette generally recognized in societypays special attention to.  In 2007-2016, General Tahir Mullajonov, while working as the deputy head of the Tashkent Higher Military-Technical Educational Institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, focused on increasing the combat readiness of young people, broadening their worldview, and strengthening their knowledge of the field.
