Spiritual-educational work and staffing service of the regional IIB Spiritual-educational work department specialists-psychologists study various conflict situations and stress-causing situations of employees, their relationship with colleagues and supervisors, passion for service and family problems. In addition, they go to the living quarters of the employees and get acquainted with the living conditions and mutual relations of the family members. Such an approach is becoming more important in establishing a closer relationship with employees and supporting their activities.
The main focus is on improving the mental state of the personnel, healthy thinking, forming positive qualities in interpersonal relations, preventing various conflicts, creating conditions for self-expression, strengthening self-confidence, forming a culture of eloquence and discussion.
At the same time, advice was given on moral and spiritual support of employees, timely detection and correction of changes and depressions that may appear in their psyche, as well as on the use of modern psychological methods in working with citizens, and on ensuring mental stability with the help of psychological methods in case of emergency situations.
During these conversations, practical help is provided to prevent negative situations that may arise in the course of service activities.
Also, the family situation, living conditions and existing problems of the employees are studied, and interviews are conducted in the living quarters. Necessary measures are being taken to positively solve the identified problems.
