How callous does one have to be to commit the heinous sin of laying hands on innocent little children? No matter how extravagant the children who are called "Flowers of Life" and "Basils of Paradise" are, to use physical force against them, one must not have a trace of humanity left. 

It is sad and painful that the main participants in such cases are women who are the epitome of compassion. Is it possible that the women of our time are becoming so unloving? Is it true that those who have a motherly nature are cruel to the little creatures 

if you can't do it?

According to UNICEF, cases of violence in preschool educational institutions have an irreparable negative impact on the child's mental development. According to scientific studies, children who have been exposed to violence are more likely to have problems in social relations and show aggressive behavior. 

Unfortunately, the disclosed cases are only a certain part of what is actually happening. Observations show that the cases of abuse and violence against children by teachers are mostly found in non-governmental and public-private partnership institutions. If we take into account that the responsibility for the health and safety of children during their stay in the institution rests with the manager, that is, the entrepreneur, the issue becomes clearer. However, the responsibility of the entrepreneur does not negate the state control. The authorities are still responsible for the solution of this problem and order in the system. 

We appealed to Temur Sultanov, the deputy head of the Preschool and School Education Department of the Jizzakh region, regarding the measures being taken on this painful issue.

- Today, the level of children's pre-school education in our region has reached 79%. It is noteworthy that the share of the non-state sector is 42.3 percent, - says our interlocutor. - The expansion of the private sector in the field creates new opportunities for entrepreneurs and provides employment, but also imposes a huge responsibility and responsibility.

In order to prevent unpleasant situations observed in pre-school educational organizations, we conducted a psychological test of teachers working in every institution in the region in order to determine their inner world and the level of mental preparation for professional activity. 

Also, there is a strict requirement to establish video surveillance control and regular storage of video archives in private and family kindergartens based on public-private partnership. 

In order to completely solve the problem of violence in kindergartens, it is necessary not to be limited only to punitive measures. For this, it is necessary to retrain educators, improve the control system, and most importantly, create a healthy educational environment and strengthen public control in this process.

We found it necessary to listen to educators in order to learn the root of the problem, that is, the real reasons and factors.

- True, many choose this profession out of love. But the difficult working regime and conditions over time cause mental stress in the educator, - says one of the educators who did not want to disclose his name. - For example, unlike other industries, we do not have a fixed lunch time. Moreover, due to the irresponsibility of some parents, our working hours continue even after six o'clock in the evening. As a result, the educator can sometimes lose control of himself and commit inappropriate actions due to responsibility and high pressure at home and at work. Of course, such situations cannot be justified at all.

Psychologist Gulchehra Khidirova, head of the NGO "Human Interests" in the city of Jizzakh, responded to this painful issue as follows:

- Analyzes show that there are several factors behind the violence in kindergartens. Among them, low training of personnel, insufficient knowledge of child psychology and chronic emotional exhaustion are the most important.

Why does the educator take such a path? In addition to constant noise, low wages, long working hours, and harsh conditions increase a person's nervousness. Self-control is reduced when fatigue is exceeded. A teacher who does not have the skills to work with a "difficult child" calls violence "the easiest solution". 

he thinks. In addition, some employees themselves were victims of harshness in childhood and accept it as "normal". 

In order to solve the problem, every teacher must develop emotional intelligence and learn to manage stress. It is very important to not react immediately when angry, to take a break (pause), to use explanations and encouragement instead of hitting, and most importantly, to take time to rest and recover.

It is gratifying that since this year non-state MTT teachers are widely involved in the process of improving the methodical skills of the employees of the preschool education system in the Jizzakh region.

- Previously, we worked mainly with employees of state pre-school education organizations, now we are also covering representatives of private and family kindergartens by organizing mobile courses, - says Ijod Akhmedov, director of the Regional Pedagogical Mastery Center. - To date, trainings for 222 educators have been organized in Gallaorol, Bakhmal and Sharaf Rashidov districts. Along with modern pedagogical technologies, they were taught the legal basis of preventing violence against children, criminal responsibility in the field, and psychological skills of effective work with children.

In fact, the problem cannot be completely solved by the strengthening of control by pre-school education organizations and authorities, introduction of video surveillance system and regular inspections. For this, it is necessary to organize regular seminars for educators, trainings with the participation of psychologists, improve working conditions, keep the number of children in groups at a normal level, and establish the activities of a full-time psychologist working with children and employees in each institution. It is important to form the skill of treating the child as a person worthy of respect. After all, a child being educated in a kindergarten today is a citizen of our society tomorrow.
