In our republic, consistent efforts are being made to support women scientists and put their scientific research into practice. An example of this is the republican scientific-practical conference organized at the Andijan State Institute of Foreign Languages. This conference, held on the theme "Integration of society and science in the life of women", was dedicated to the International Day of Women Scientists and Girls in the Field of Science and brought together scientists, researchers and representatives of various fields.

Employees working in internal affairs bodies of Andijan region and at the same time engaged in scientific activities also took part in the conference. In their lectures, current topics such as law enforcement practice, public safety, spiritual education, women's rights were scientifically analyzed. It was emphasized that such sisters, who are researching in spite of responsible service, family concerns and daily tasks, are role models not only for their colleagues, but also for the younger generation.

"Today, it is a good thing that the number of women interested in science is expanding in the internal affairs agencies," says Senior Lieutenant Dilbarkhan Umarova, senior expert of the regional IIB Expertise-Criminalistics Center. - In particular, I myself am working on new scientific research related to my service activities. In this process, the experience school of our teachers, who have served effectively in the field for many years, is an important support for me. Their advice and guidance have helped me make my research more thorough and practical.

As the participants of the event noted, such scientific dialogues play an important role in demonstrating the intellectual potential of women, inspiring them to new research, and strengthening the connection between science and practice. This, in turn, serves to further expand the layer of educated, proactive and active women in the development of society.
