In cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Museum of Remembrance of the Victims of Catagon, and the public foundation "Memorial of Martyrs", the presentation of the book "The Bitter Fate of Abdusattar Kazin" co-authored by the member of the Union of Writers and Journalists of Uzbekistan, doctor of legal sciences, professor Abdugofur Sattarov and labor veteran Azam Shukurov was held.
The event was attended by heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, veterans, writers and journalists, trainees and trainees of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, representatives of mass media.
Those who took the floor at the presentation emphasized that the repressions during the authoritarian regime cost the lives of many original and educated sons of the nation. The names of the generations who sacrificed themselves for the freedom of the homeland were mentioned.
At the end, the participants were shown a documentary film about Abdusattor Shukurov, made by the Museum of Remembrance of the Victims of Repression.
