The rapid development of any country, the achievement of certain achievements, and the well-being of the people are closely related to the level of attention paid to the education and future of young people. In this sense, the issue of youth in New Uzbekistan is one of the most priority areas of state policy.
In recent years, reforms aimed at ensuring the vital interests of the young generation, realizing their noble aspirations, abilities and talents have been consistently and effectively implemented in our country. All conditions are being created for them to acquire advanced knowledge and professions and develop into mature specialists and truly patriotic people. Many young people are enthusiastically active in the parliament, among government members, in responsible positions of state administration bodies, in modern enterprises, in small business and entrepreneurship, science, health care, culture, art and sports - in all aspects of our life.
The most important investment
Establishment of a "Youth Business Incubator" in each region creates an institutional basis for the realization of the ideas of young people. Through these centers, the possibility of creating a business plan, obtaining legal advice, and access to financial resources will increase. Opportunities created for young people are the most important investment in the future of New Uzbekistan.
Great things are being done to support young people in every way. In particular, this year, the "Youth Employment Program" aimed at supporting 384,400 young men and women was adopted, and today 414,400 people are employed. As a result of the measures in this regard, 2,474 neighborhoods have become "youth unemployment-free areas".
51,500 young people who are required to work separately were attached to 4,155 employees of law enforcement agencies by name, and the social and household problems of 48,700 young people were solved.
Parliamentary control
During 2023-2025, about 15 monitoring and analysis activities were carried out in order to study the state of implementation of laws on youth in the regions, the State program, and the implementation of Presidential decrees and decisions, and effective parliamentary control was established. 4 joint decisions with local Councils were adopted and focused on implementation.
With the intervention of the Senate, preferential loans in the amount of 1 billion 844.8 million were allocated to 85 young men and women who were included in the "Youth Register" and received certificates in Fergana region, and their problems were solved positively. Overseeing the provision of housing for orphans and children deprived of parental care, about a thousand children were provided with housing. It was also monitored that children provided with housing were provided with necessary equipment on time.
The situation of the work carried out in the regions regarding the fundamental improvement of the system of working with youth in the neighborhoods was studied on the spot, and measures were taken to solve the identified shortcomings on the spot.
The work being carried out in connection with the organization of activities of youth industrial and entrepreneurship zones and the support of their entrepreneurial initiatives was studied in Tashkent region and the capital and discussed in the Senate Council. Priority tasks
Prevention of crime and offenses among young people, as well as protecting them from various foreign influences and drug crimes, is one of the most important tasks. Analysis shows that crime among young people decreased by 15% last year.

Today, a decisive field that determines the future of our country and forms the basis of a new renaissance - the education system is rapidly developing. Based on national and foreign experiences tested in life, new centers of knowledge, art and sports are being built.
Hundreds of talented boys and girls are receiving modern education and mastering the secrets of skill in presidential schools, specialized and creative schools. The establishment of a presidential grant for talented students, the introduction of presidential and state scholarships for undergraduate students of foreign higher education institutions in our republic, the provision of preferential educational loans to families who educate two or more children on the basis of a contract, many projects aimed at supporting young people, including their employment, the development of entrepreneurship and business skills, serve ambitious goals.
The fact that the young people of our country are making good use of the opportunities created and achieving initial promising results in various fields certainly makes us all happy. In particular, our talented students successfully participated in international science Olympiads last year, and our young athletes successfully participated in international competitions, making a worthy contribution to the development of our country.
In conclusion, it can be said that our youth, who are considered as a decisive force in the path of the lofty goals facing our country, should feel the huge responsibility and responsibility, unite more in the interests of the Motherland, and honorably fulfill the historic task in the literal sense.
